The Role

n

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business and strategic account growth across Delhi-NCR

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Acquire new B2B/enterprise clients across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
n
- Engage with CXOs, Business Heads, Marketing, IT, Digital, Operations, and Procurement teams.
n
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
n
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and closure.
n
- Sell consultatively by understanding business needs and positioning relevant Mar Tech, AI, messaging, and digital solutions.
n
- Build long-term enterprise relationships and drive upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue.
n
- Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates,



and achieve revenue targets.
n
- Conduct regular client meetings and business development activities across Delhi-NCR.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 4+ years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in Mar Tech, Digital Media, SaaS, IT Services, AI, or related solutions.
n
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
n
- Strong CXO communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
n
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and target achievement.
n
- Strong corporate network and client relationships in Delhi-NCR preferred.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
n
- Highly proactive, energetic, resilient, and results-oriented.
n
