WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR SCIENTIST / SCIENTIST – COSMETIC R&D;

Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Formulation Scientist to join our R&D; team in Pune and contribute to the development of the next generation of dermatology-led skincare and dermo-cosmetic innovations.

THE ROLE

n

We are looking for a strong hands-on scientist who can take an idea from:

n

Concept → Formulation → Prototype → Stability → Scale-up → Commercialisation

n

The role will involve developing differentiated formulations, evaluating current ingredients and technologies, solving complex formulation challenges, and translating scientific concepts into commercially successful products for India and international markets.

n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- M. Pharm / M. Sc. / B. Pharm / or relevant qualification in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related disciplines
n
- Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic / dermo-cosmetic formulation R&D;
n
- Deep understanding of active ingredients, excipients, emulsions, surfactants, rheology, preservatives and advanced delivery systems
n
- Experience in formulation optimisation, compatibility,



stability studies, technology transfer and scale-up
n
- Understanding of Indian and preferably international cosmetic regulatory requirements
n
- Ability to evaluate emerging ingredients, technologies and global skincare innovation trends
n
- Strong scientific curiosity, problem-solving ability and an innovation mindset
n
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical and Business teams
n
