We're Hiring: French Business Analyst!

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented French Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and fluency in French to bridge business needs with technology solutions, supporting key projects and driving organizational growth.

What You'll Do:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Communicate effectively in both French and English with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management
⚙️ Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Support user acceptance testing and training activities

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role





Language Proficiency:

- French: Professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both spoken and written communication is mandatory.

- English: Strong qualified proficiency for documentation and team collaboration.

Business Analysis Skills:

- Proven experience (X+ years) as a Business Analyst.

- Strong experience in creating BRD and FSD documentation.

- Experience inSOP preparationand process mapping.

- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrumframeworks.

Technical & Domain Knowledge:

- Domain: Exposure to or knowledge of Web Application and Mobile Application development(understanding of UI/UX, APIs, and front-end vs. back-end concepts).

- Technical: Working knowledge of SQL(ability to write basic SELECT queries, JOINs, and WHERE clauses).
