About the Role

n

You will counsel senior working professionals on their DBA / PhD / doctorate education journey and drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to final enrollment—while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

n

1) Consultative Counseling & Admission Guidance

n

n
- Counsel working professionals for DBA / PhD / Doctorate-level programs
n
- Understand candidate academic background, career goals, and eligibility fit
n
- Explain program structure, university partnerships, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
n

n

2) Lead Handling & Full Sales Cycle

n

n
- Handle leads and conduct detailed consultations
n
- Guide candidates step-by-step through admission requirements
n
- Drive conversions from lead engagement to final enrollment
n




- Handle objections and propose suitable solutions
n

n

3) Follow-ups, Targets & CRM

n

n
- Conduct regular follow-ups for lead nurturing
n
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction/conversion records in **CRM**
n
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
n
- Stay updated with industry trends and doctorate program offerings
n

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Relevant Experience (Preferred)

- Prior experience in selling DBA / PhD / Doctorate / premium higher education programs
n
- Strong background in consultative or high-ticket sales
n

2) Skills & Mindset
