We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is confident, proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with different people every day.

What you'll be working on:

- Connecting with clients, leads and enquiries

- Managing calls, Whats App, email and follow-ups
n
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
n
- Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the internal team
n
- Keeping CRM records and communication organised
n
- Following up on opportunities and helping move conversations forward

- Learning how client servicing and relationship management work in a fast-paced creative industry
