1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs

Participate in all recent product development activities from launch stage onwards.

Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.

n

•

n

Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities.

n

•

n

Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.

n

•

n

Review supplier quality activities related to new product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.

n

•

n

Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.

n

•

n

Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.

n

•

n

Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new product.

n

2. GENERAL/SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (review)

Support internal audits, customer PPAP audits.

n

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

Knowledge of AI use.
