Senior Project Manager – Banking Transformation

Location: Trivandrum | Initially office-based; eventually minimum 3 days/week hybrid

The Opportunity

/n

We are looking for an exceptional Transformation Leader to drive complex banking technology and SaaS transformation programs for leading financial institutions.

/n

This is not a conventional project management role.

/n

You will work across business, product, engineering, architecture and executive leadership, taking ownership of complex programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live.

/n

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on and create measurable client impact.

/n

What You'll Do

/n

Lead complex banking technology transformation programs end-to-end

/n

Translate strategic objectives into executable transformation roadmaps

/n

Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders

/n

Lead globally distributed Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA and Consulting teams

/n

Own governance, scope, risks, dependencies and program economics





/n

Anticipate delivery challenges and drive timely resolution

/n

Challenge assumptions and drive better solutions

/n

Build a culture of accountability, ownership and high performance

/n

What We're Looking For

/n

12–16 years of experience in software/project/program management

/n

Strong Banking/BFSI transformation experience

/n

Experience leading complex enterprise programs

/n

Strong executive-level communication and client management

/n

Experience managing globally distributed teams

/n

Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC and enterprise SaaS delivery

/n

Robust commercial, financial and problem-solving capability

/n

Consulting/transformation experience strongly preferred

/n

PMP/PRINCE2/PMI-ACP is an advantage

/n

Strong ownership mindset with hands-on delivery orientation

/n
