Role Description
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Verify claim status, payment details, denials, and pending information with insurance representatives.
- Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
- Identify reasons for claim denials and delays and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by the organization.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance representatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve claim-related issues.
- Attend training sessions and continuously improve knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
Eligiblity
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience 3 + years in AR Calling
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (Night Shift).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
