Python Trainer – UCSL Program

Location: Recent Kondli, Delhi
Position: Python Trainer
Reports to: Regional Coordinator / Centre Coordinator

About the Role

Udayan Care is looking for a passionate Python Trainer to train underserved community youth in basic and advanced Python programming, practical coding, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver basic and advanced Python training.
- Provide hands-on support for practical coding assignments and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress.
- Teach concepts related to Python, OOP, Django, REST APIs, ORM, web services and Python libraries.
- Exposure to AWS/Cloud, AI, ML and IoT using Python will be an advantage.
- Introduce students to Git/version control and basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
- Maintain student records and MIS through the ERP system.
- Prepare regular reports and participate in workshops, events and review meetings.
- Work closely with IT Trainers, Soft Skills Trainers and Community Mobilisers.
- Travel across Delhi/NCR as required.

Eligibility

- 6 months–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Graduate/Postgraduate preferably in BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc.



(IT/Computer Science), B.Tech. or relevant diploma/certification.
- Hands-on knowledge of C, C++ and Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with underserved communities.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Mayur Vihar Ph-III, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
