AJ Creative Factory is a photography studio specializing in maternity shoots, baby shoots, couple shoots, and event photography. We are passionate about capturing life’s most beautiful and emotional moments through timeless visuals. We’re looking for a talented Photographer cum Editor to join our team and help us create memories that last a lifetime.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct maternity, baby, couple, and event photography shoots at studio and outdoor locations.
- Plan shoot concepts and themes in collaboration with the creative team and clients.
- Capture high-quality, well-composed images with a natural and aesthetic style.
- Edit, retouch, and color-correct images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited photos that meet our quality standards.
- Travel to client locations or event venues for shoots as required.
- Maintain and organize photo files efficiently.
- (Preferred) Capture and edit short-form videos or reels for social media promotions.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in portrait, family, or event photography (portfolio required).
- Robust understanding of lighting, composition, and color balance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.
- Must own a professional camera and a bike for travel to shoot locations.
- Willingness to travel frequently for shoots.
- Warm, patient, and friendly personality — especially when working with families and children.
- Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi to communicate effectively with clients.
- Sound sense of responsibility, time management, and teamwork.
