Specialist, Pursuit Strategy

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Pursuit Strategy on the Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) team, you will be responsible for:

- Managing proposal opportunities and coordinating with proposal writing, design, and account teams across the proposal lifecycle
- Synthesizing information from multiple sources to identify priority content and apply findings to pursuit efforts
- Supporting proposal development through methodologies, procedures, tools, and templates that improve quality and consistency
- Serving as a central point of coordination for proposal activities, including evaluating requirements, managing timelines, and aligning stakeholders
- Managing multiple concurrent projects while adapting to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and occasional evening or weekend work to meet client deadlines

The Team

The Government and Public Services (GPS) team provides research solutions in support of market positioning and business acquisition activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. The team works in collaboration with the US stakeholders and account teams to deliver high quality and best-in-class proposals to end clients to leverage Deloitte’s brand while delivering outstanding service. Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management, bid management, or proposal management
- Master’s degree
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Experience coordinating proposal development activities across multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing proposal content using Microsoft Office tools

Preferred:

- Master’s degree in Business or Management




- Experience supporting government or public sector pursuits
- Experience working with US stakeholders or cross-functional teams
- Experience using proposal management processes, tools, and templates
- Experience contributing to win themes, messaging, or proposal strategy
