Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Department: Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems & Power Infrastructure

* Operate and maintain 33 KV receiving and step-down substations, 11 KV substations, transformers, LT distribution systems, and DG power backup infrastructure.

* Manage operation and maintenance of transformers, including dry transformers, HT/LT panels, and campus-wide electrical distribution systems.

* Coordinate with electricity authorities including AVVNL and related agencies for operational and compliance matters.

* Support operation and maintenance of solar power systems up to 1 MW capacity. HVAC & Utility Management

* Oversee operation and maintenance of centralized air-conditioning systems, chiller plants, VRV systems, duct AC units, and split AC systems across the campus.

* Ensure efficient functioning of centralized ventilation, exhaust, and air-cooling systems in dining and cafeteria facilities.

* Monitor and coordinate AMC/CAMC activities for HVAC and utility systems. Water, STP & Infrastructure Utilities

* Operate and maintain MBBR-based Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), bore wells, submersible pumps, RO plants, firefighting systems, hydrant systems,



and bulk gas supply infrastructure.

* Manage electrical and utility maintenance for approximately 16.5 lakh sq. ft. of built-up campus infrastructure.

* Oversee operation and maintenance of lifts, streetlights, and associated campus utility systems. Maintenance Planning & Coordination

* Prepare BoQs, maintenance estimates, job orders, and technical documentation for electrical and utility works.

* Coordinate outsourced maintenance activities, vendors, contractors, and service providers.

* Ensure preventive maintenance, inventory management, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

* Handle miscellaneous infrastructure and utility maintenance activities related to campus operations.

Qualifications & Experience

* B.Tech / B.E./ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

* 5+ years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of electrical and utility systems. * Experience in large campuses, universities, residential institutions, or industrial infrastructure environments will be preferred.
