The Senior Officer - CAT - SPARC will be responsible for driving the operational efficiency of the SPARC (Strategic Performance and Risk Control) team. This position involves analyzing data to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance productivity and reduce risks. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports and presentations for senior management, providing actionable insights based on data analysis,



and supporting the development of risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
