Role Overview

Fitness First is seeking a Zumba Trainer who can deliver lively, well-structured Zumba sessions that keep members moving and engaged. The ideal freelancer brings recognised Zumba training, infectious energy, and the ability to coach a mixed-level group.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver authentic Zumba classes with transparent choreography, transitions, and intensity options.

Create a welcoming environment that encourages participation from first-time and experienced members.

Use safe movement patterns, effective warm-ups and cool-downs, and appropriate exercise modifications.

Maintain strong class flow through confident demonstrations, cueing, and music selection.

Connect with members before and after class and encourage consistent participation.

Coordinate with the club team on schedules,



studio requirements, and member feedback.

Requirements

Valid Zumba instructor license or recognised equivalent.

Experience teaching Zumba or comparable dance-fitness formats.

Excellent communication, musicality, enthusiasm, and group facilitation.

Professional presentation, reliable attendance, and commitment to Fitness First standards.

Current first-aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Classes feel fun, inclusive, and expertly led, with strong member engagement and consistent attendance.
