Job Responsibilities
- Independently handle the assigned territory and take complete responsibility for sales and business development.
- Develop and expand the assigned territory from the ground level.
- Build a strong network of Doctors, Ayurvedic Practitioners, Distributors, Stockists and Retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint suitable distributors/stockists.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- After establishing the territory, build and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Recruit, train, guide and monitor MRs to achieve territory targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective market coverage.
- Maintain good relationships with doctors,
distributors and key customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, tour plans and market development reports.
- Ensure proper product promotion and implementation of company strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have relevant experience in Ayurvedic Pharma Sales.
- Should be capable of independently developing and handling a recent territory.
- Strong communication, leadership and team-building skills.
- Should have the ability to build a sales team after establishing the territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
