Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architecture, LLM-based applications, vector search, semantic retrieval, and AI platform architecture.

The role involves building scalable AI applications, leading technical initiatives, integrating AI into enterprise systems, and establishing best practices around LLMOps, AI governance, security, and Responsible AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Design semantic retrieval, vector search, hybrid search, and knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Work with embeddings, transformer models, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Integrate LLM solutions using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
- Develop AI applications and services using Python and modern AI/ML technologies.
- Design and implement LLMOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, versioning, and optimization.
- Lead enterprise AI integration with existing applications, APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
- Establish AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Evaluate LLMs, prompts,



retrieval strategies, agents, and AI application performance.
- Work with engineering, product, data, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code and architecture reviews, and mentor AI engineers.
- Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI infrastructure.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based application development.
- Deep understanding of RAG architecture, semantic retrieval, vector search, and embeddings.
- Strong experience with Python and AI application development.
- Experience designing AI platform architecture and enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience with agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
- Strong knowledge of LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Experience with vector databases and search technologies such as Chroma DB and Azure AI Search.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications
