We are looking for a Lead / Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to build robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. You will drive technical decisions, design cloud-native microservices, and guide engineering best practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, low-latency, and high-availability distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Core Development: Write clean, productive, and well-tested code using advanced Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, provide architectural guidance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
- Data Management: Architect database interactions, schema designs, and query optimizations using relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA
- Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Quality Assurance:



Establish and promote Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito), and continuous delivery pipelines.

- Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience focusing on enterprise Java ecosystems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Core Java (Java 17/21 features), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL, database performance tuning, and caching technologies (Redis).
- Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, systemic thinking, and strong
