METS Seafood Holding Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead its Sales, Purchase and Marketing functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, expanding the company’s market presence, managing key customer accounts, overseeing procurement coordination and leading marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for sales, purchasing and marketing.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
- Acquire, develop and manage key customer accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Coordinate procurement activities and purchase planning.
- Manage vendors and develop reliable supplier relationships.
- Review and compare quotations, prices and commercial terms.
- Negotiate with customers, vendors and business partners.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Lead digital marketing, social media and brand-development initiatives.
- Guide, supervise and mentor the sales, purchase and marketing teams.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
- Prepare management reports, sales forecasts and performance reviews.

Mandatory Qualification

- MBA in Sales, Marketing or Business Management from a recognised university or institution.

Experience Required

- Minimum 10 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development and revenue growth.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Experience in key account acquisition and customer relationship management.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership position is essential.
