PERFORMANCE MARKETER

Travllr is looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of our digital advertising, drive qualified leads, and turn data into measurable business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

* Manage advertising budgets and improve ROAS, CPL & conversions

* Conduct audience, keyword & competitor research

* Test creatives, audiences, ad copies & landing pages

* Track and analyze campaign performance

* Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking

* Analyze funnels, attribution, lead quality & marketing ROI

* Prepare performance reports and actionable insights

* Work closely with the creative/content team

* Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends & platform changes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 2+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience





* Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads

* Valuable knowledge of GA4, GTM, analytics & conversion tracking

* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

* Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets

* Ability to identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance

* Travel, hospitality or lead-generation experience is a plus
