Job Summary:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our jewellery e-commerce website.

The candidate will be responsible for website management, product updates, order coordination, data management, and ensuring smooth functioning of the online store.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website.

Upload and update jewellery products, images, descriptions, prices, and SKUs. Manage online orders, inventory, returns, and product availability.

Coordinate with the merchandising, inventory, marketing, and sales teams.

Prepare sales and inventory reports and maintain MIS.

Ensure accuracy of website content and product information.

Identify and report website-related issues.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in jewellery/fashion.

Strong MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.

Good understanding of website/e-commerce operations.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented and organised.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
