Role and Responsibilities:
We are financial advisors having clients in Pune, Goa, Dharwad, Mumbai, Hyderabad and
Switzerland. We provide CFO services to various companies. We have vacancies Manager - Virtual
CFO activity
Incumbent will be responsible for:
o Reviewing business plan, analysing financial statements and financial projections to assess
clients’ loan requirements vis-à-vis eligibility.
o Overall responsibility of Finance Department
o Managing Finance staff and grooming them
o Preparing Information Memorandum, CMA Data, project reports, presentations, and other
related documents.
o Reviewing of SOPs, KPIs, Dashboard and internal control
o Accounting in Tally,Quickbooks and other Packages (Knowledge of SAP will be an added
advantage)
o Passing entries in SAP R3
Role specific skillsets:
o Reasonably good at spoken and written English
o Should have good communication skills to be able to express views clearly.
o Should be able to understand the instructions, and accordingly execute the project.
o Able to manage and handle assignment independently with minimum intervention.
o Handling of team of direct reports and virtual teams (Teams on Clients role)
o Ownership of the work. Can-do attitude.
o Good knowledge and understanding about the accounting.
o Basic knowledge / awareness about taxes
o Able to work under pressure situations.
o Capable of co-ordinating with the different teams
o Reasonable knowledge of MS office
o Should be open to travel within and outside the city.
Good to have
o Intermediate knowledge of GST Law, Knowledge of GST software will be an added advantage
o TDS & ROC returns filing
