Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities, ensure smooth plant operations, and minimize equipment downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and plant equipment.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and fitters.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage maintenance spares, tools, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and maintenance procedures.




- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
- Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs and improve plant efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory maintenance role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and MS Excel.
