Position: AR Caller

Qway Technologies is looking for experienced AR Callers with hands-on experience in Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Identify and resolve claim denials, underpayments, rejections, and aging AR.
- Make outbound calls to insurance payers and obtain claim/payment status.
- Work on Hospital Billing and/or Physician Billing accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-ups and claim activities.




- Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.
- 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Experience in Hospital Billing or Physician Billing is required.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance, claims, denials, and AR follow-up.
- Solid verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with US healthcare processes and payer portals.
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts.
