About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to develop and produce engaging content for our healthcare organisation across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and produce social media posts, reels, videos, creatives and campaigns.
- Develop content ideas aligned with healthcare, child development and organisational objectives.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and the internal team to deliver content on time.
- Write engaging captions, copy and scripts for social media.
- Ensure content is accurate, qualified and appropriate for a healthcare audience.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.




- Stay updated with social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation / Digital Content / Social Media Marketing.
- Strong skills in content ideation, copywriting, reels and short-form video content.
- Experience managing content for multiple social media platforms.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Creative, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
