Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Captain to join our hospitality team. In this entry-to-junior level role, you will undergo training to oversee table service, manage station workflow, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn to manage dining floor operations, table assignments, and guest relations.
- Greet guests, assist with menu selections, and ensure accurate order taking.
- Coordinate effectively between the kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise table setup, cleanliness, and side-station maintenance.
- Handle customer queries and assist senior staff in resolving service issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality (freshers welcome).
- 0–1 year of experience in food & beverage service or hospitality preferred.
- Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
