We’re Hiring: Architect – Interior Design & Modular Furniture

About the Role

We’re looking for an Architect / Interior Designer who enjoys taking a project beyond just designing it.

In this role, you’ll work across the complete project lifecycle — from understanding client requirements and developing concepts to 2D/3D design, BOQs, costing, client approvals, and final site execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Interior Design & Planning
- Create functional and aesthetically strong layouts for residential and commercial spaces.
- Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and client presentations.
- Translate client requirements into practical design solutions while considering budget and timelines.
- Modular Furniture Design
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, office setups, storage units, and other furniture solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for production and installation.
- Ensure designs are space-efficient, ergonomic, functional, and production-friendly.
- BOQ, Costing & Quotations
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, material estimates, and project costing.
- Calculate material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Ensure designs remain commercially practical and aligned with project budgets.
- Client & Site Coordination
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present design concepts.
- Handle design revisions and coordinate approvals.
- Work closely with vendors,



contractors, production, and site teams.
- Monitor site execution to ensure the design, quality, and timelines are maintained.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior design and/or modular furniture.
- Robust knowledge of interior design principles and modular furniture systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent software.
- Hands-on experience with BOQs, quotations, quantity estimation, and technical drawings.
- Good client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Experience with residential or commercial projects will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Incentives
