We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing business in the Enzymes & Animal Nutrition / Animal Feed segment.
Location: Noida
Experience: 8–15 Years
CTC: ₹15–20 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & business development strategies for Enzymes & Animal Feed products.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including animal feed manufacturers, poultry/cattle feed companies and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline, customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Work closely with technical/R&D; teams to understand and communicate product applications and benefits.
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts,
reports and regular market updates.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and business development
Preferred Profile:
8+ years of experience in Animal Nutrition / Animal Feed / Feed Additives / Enzymes / Specialty Ingredients sales
Solid B2B sales and business development experience
Existing network with feed manufacturers / poultry / cattle feed industry will be an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively
