About Position:

We are hiring an experienced Java + Angular Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular, along with hands-on experience across the complete software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Batch, and Angular.
- Lead full-stack application development initiatives from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Architect distributed systems and Microservices-based applications for enterprise environments.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and modern web technologies.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications.
- Implement software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.




- Establish and promote DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
- Design and implement Git workflows, Docker containerization strategies, and Kubernetes deployment models.
- Lead project delivery activities including estimation, planning, risk management, and technical governance.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce code quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Mentor and coach developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, testers, architects, and end users to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across frontend, backend, integration, and production environments.
- Support deployment, release management, and production stabilization activities.
- Drive application modernization and performance optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
- Ensure successful implementation of automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 12 to 14 years of experience in full-stack application development and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience developing web applications using Angular.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, distributed, and cloud-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Batch and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API security, and integration architectures.
- Experience working with DevOps tools and up-to-date software delivery practices.
- Hands-on expertise with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.




- Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or equivalent testing tools.
- Robust experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar platforms.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native application development principles.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
