About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our infrastructure project team for a prestigious NHAI project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and execution support of roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in structural design, project coordination, and compliance with industry standards to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze structural systems for roads, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure projects.
- Perform structural calculations, load assessments, and stability analyses to ensure safety and durability.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, design reports, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and construction monitoring to verify compliance with approved structural designs.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, change requests, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve structural design challenges during project planning and construction phases.
- Provide technical recommendations for structural repairs, strengthening, and retrofit solutions.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and quality control activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on advancements in structural engineering practices, materials,



and design technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or Chartered Engineer certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and other construction materials.
- Knowledge of structural design codes, construction practices, and engineering standards.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with NHAI specifications, contractual procedures, and project documentation requirements.

Technical Skills

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Requirements

- Experience in client interaction and project coordination will be considered an advantage.

Salary

· ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
