- Strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform installation, implementation, and deployment
- Experience in upgrading customer environments to the latest 3DEXPERIENCE Platform releases
- Good understanding of end-to-end PLM product administration and configuration
- Expert knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE FCS services and troubleshooting
- Experience in managing sites, data synchronization, and resolving FCS-related issues
- Hands-on knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE health monitoring tools
- Experience in trace activation for all services
- Good understanding of network concepts
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of indexing configuration, parameters, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of database architecture
- Experience with application integration
