Job Description:
The Senior Officer - CAT Axis will be responsible for supporting the development and management of innovative insurance products. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive data to inform product strategy. The individual will collaborate with various departments, including underwriting, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing management. Key responsibilities include conducting product performance reviews, participating in cross-functional projects, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of new insurance products to meet market demands.




- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and current product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product implementation and support during the launch phase.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for adjustments based on feedback and market conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting product performance metrics and analysis.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development or a related area within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
