Unisex Hairstylist (Male or Female)

Core Responsibilities

- Hairstylist: Should have a very good experience in Hairstylist role and Salon experience.
- Customer Service: Greet clients, manage appointments, and handle feedback or complaints gracefully.
- Operations & Inventory: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, manage product stock, and reorder supplies.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote salon packages, track daily revenue, and help execute local marketing ideas.
- Achieving the assigned weekly target.
- Running ads and promotions for more walk-ins.
- Cut and style hair for men, women, and children.
- Wash, blow-dry, color, and treat hair.
- Recommend the best hair products to clients.
- Trim and groom beards or mustaches.
- Keep your tools and station clean and secure.

Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of work in a busy salon.
- Skills: Expert in modern hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
- Communication:



Good English-speaking skills and understanding of English also other local languages.
- Attitude: Friendly, polite, and professional with customers.
- Gender/Age: Open to both male and female candidates (ages 18 to 30 preferred).

Required

- Should have a strong client database and also should maintain a good relations with existing clients.
- Ability to handle pressure and work with targets.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Location: Chennai

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 10.00 am to 8.00 pm

Salary + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
