Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Business Finance & Equipment Finance customers

• Process finance agreements, settlements, contract amendments, and account maintenance
• Review customer accounts, facility performance, and portfolio utilization
• Perform financial analysis, risk monitoring, and credit assessments
• Handle customer queries related to payments, contracts, and settlements
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, KYC, AML, and audit requirements
• Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, and portfolio reviews
