We're Hiring: Quality Engineer (QA/QC) – Aluminium Furnace Package | India & KSA

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to join our team for a major Aluminum Recycling Plant Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

- Review engineering, procurement, and supplier quality documentation

- Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and surveillance activities

- Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

- Monitor installation, commissioning, and performance testing activities

- Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements

- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to resolve quality issues

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline





· 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or construction projects

· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

· Experience with inspections, audits, FAT/SAT, and quality documentation

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia during the project execution phase

Preferred Certifications:

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor

- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent

- NDT Certifications (desirable)
