Job Details

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a strong career in Manual Testing for Web Applications. You will work closely with our development team to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications built using up-to-date technologies like Laravel, ReactJS, VueJS, NodeJS, NextJS, Strapi CMS, and Payload CMS.

Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of web applications across different browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in a structured and clear manner.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify bug fixes.
- Perform regression testing before release deployments.
- Ensure UI/UX consistency and validate application workflows.
- Conduct basic API testing using tools like Postman (if required).
- Maintain proper QA documentation and reports.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and project discussions.

Skills

- Basic understanding of Testing concepts (SDLC & STLC).
- Good knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.




- Understanding of web application structure and functionality.
- >Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for inspecting elements and debugging).
- >Ability to write clear and structured test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA domain.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman).
- Exposure to CMS-based projects (Strapi, Payload, etc.).
- Internship experience in QA or Development.
