About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in any retail industry and a robust interest in fashion, customer service, and sales. Candidates from fashion, lifestyle, apparel, footwear, beauty, luxury, or other organized retail backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, size, style, and needs.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, sizes, and ongoing promotions.
- Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the shopping journey.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.




- Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure the store is neat, organized, and attractive.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities.
- Assist with billing and other store operations when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow all company policies, grooming standards, and retail operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in any retail industry.
- Candidates from fashion, apparel, lifestyle, footwear, beauty, luxury, or other retail sectors are preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Positive attitude, energetic personality, and willingness to learn.
- Presentable with good grooming and professional etiquette.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak retail periods.
