About the role

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to boutique hospitality standards, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, physically fit, and committed to providing a high standard of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms as per SOP
- Prepare arrival and VIP rooms on priority
- Maintain lobby, corridors, and public areas
- Replenish amenities, linen, and room supplies
- Report maintenance issues and damages
- Handle linen movement and maintain stock discipline
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and minimize wastage
- Assist guests courteously and coordinate special requests
- Follow hygiene, safety, and Lost & Found procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property

Requirements





- Basic hotel / serviced apartment housekeeping experience preferred
- Freshers willing to learn may apply
- Solid attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physically fit and disciplined
- Flexible to work rotational shifts
- Guest-service mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
