Akshharam® is looking for Online Malayalam Tutors to teach children across the world. This opportunity is ideal for women professionals with prior corporate or professional work experience who are returning to work after a career break.

Teaching experience is not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training, a structured curriculum, and continuous mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online Malayalam classes for children.
- Follow Akshharam®'s structured curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain lesson records and student progress.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and class timings.

Requirements

- Native Malayalam speaker with excellent reading and writing skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Prior professional work experience (IT/Corporate background preferred).
- Strong commitment, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and online meeting platforms.

Work Schedule





- Availability in either 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (shift-based).
- Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory.
- One fixed weekday can be taken as the weekly off.

Work From Home Requirements

- Laptop/Desktop with webcam.
- Headphones.
- Stable broadband internet.
- Power backup and router UPS.
