Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads and acquiring new business through the promotion and sale of RD & FD investment products. The role requires strong sales interest, effective follow-up, investor interaction, business conversion, and achievement of assigned investment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for RD & FD investments through field activities, referrals, calls, and other channels.
- Promote and explain RD & FD products, features, benefits, and procedures to prospective investors.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into investments.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with prospective and existing investors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the investor base.
- Coordinate with the branch team for documentation and investment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions,



and business generated.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and required MIS on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, investment, financial services, banking, or a related field.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm towards sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to undertake field visits and meet prospective investors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per day
