Job Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled and reliable IT Network & Technical Support Executive to join our team in Mohali for the Night Shift.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365, Windows/Desktop Support, hardware troubleshooting, VoIP/telephone systems, and basic Azure services.

Candidates who are available for part-time work may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Internet and network connectivity issues.
- Handle Telephone/VoIP and communication system related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.
- Provide basic support for Microsoft Azure services and user access.
- Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and system-related issues.




- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within defined timelines.
- Assist employees with technical queries and provide remote IT support when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, IT assets, and support activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical/IT team.
- Ensure timely resolution of day-to-day IT issues to minimize business disruption.

Required Skills

- Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Internet & Network Troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Printer, Scanner & Hardware Troubleshooting
- Telephone/VoIP Support
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Windows & Desktop Support
- Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- IT ticketing and incident management
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently during the night shift
