About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage both our online marketing activities and convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Manage Awara Group's Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging travel posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Generate travel leads through organic marketing and paid campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads and monitor campaign performance.
- Research travel trends, destinations and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the trip team to create travel photos and videos.
- Track leads and marketing performance.

Travel Sales

- Handle leads received through social media, website, WhatsApp and advertisements.
- Understand customer requirements, destination, dates and budget.
- Recommend suitable travel packages and customised itineraries.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate packages when required.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.




- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong Hindi and English communication.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred.
- Canva/Figma knowledge is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication, creativity and sales ability can apply.
