Job Title: CNC Operator/setter
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1 - 15 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma preferred or Any degree

Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled machine operators to operate CNC, VMC, HMC, Milling, Turning and Lathe machines as per production requirements, engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC, VMC, HMC, Milling, Turning and Lathe machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool changes and offset adjustments.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required dimensions.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometer and gauges.
- Ensure quality, productivity and timely completion of production targets.




- Identify and report machine, tooling and quality issues.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping and safety standards.
- Follow PPE and company safety procedures.
- Minimize rejection, rework and machine downtime.

Shift Timings:

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM
