Position: Guest Service Associate – F&B; Service

About the Role

The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a 5-star hotel/resort and possess strong communication, service, and guest-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide warm, courteous, and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Set up and maintain restaurant, banquet, and other F&B; outlets as per standards.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service procedures.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place before and during service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist with buffet setup, clearing, replenishment, and closing procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients,



promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Ensure compliance with F&B; SOPs and luxury service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel/resort is mandatory.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling and service orientation.
- Good grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates with experience in luxury resorts will be preferred.
