Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager - CAT - Loyalty to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention. You will analyze customer behavior, implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive loyalty initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs to improve client retention and engagement.




- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align loyalty strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare reports to present to senior management.
- Facilitate customer feedback sessions and focus groups to gain insights on loyalty initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor strategies related to customer loyalty.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee loyalty initiatives from concept to execution.
