We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production Engineering

- Support daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Participate in Current Product Development (NPD) activities, including process validation and production readiness.
- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.





Requirements

- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ ITI/ Diploma in mechanical.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Quality or Production Engineering.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
- Valuable analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
