Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, sales and team supervision at a premium fashion store in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in premium/luxury fashion retail, clienteling and high-value customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily sales targets and store operations.
- Assist with clienteling, styling consultations and made-to-measure bookings.
- Supervise floor operations and sales team in the Store Manager's absence.
- Maintain stock accuracy, replenishment and order timelines.
- Coordinate with the tailoring/alterations team.
- Ensure premium visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Train and coach junior sales associates on product knowledge and service.
- Handle client queries,



fittings and day-to-day escalations.
- Support billing, POS operations and sales reporting.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion retail.
- Experience as a Senior Sales Associate / Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and high-value customer service.
- Good organisational and retail operations skills.
- Experience with stock, billing and sales reporting.
- Menswear / bespoke / tailoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
