Job Summary

RentOK is hiring a Field Sales Executive for Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and other channels.
- Identify and approach PG owners, hostel owners, co-living operators and property managers.
- Explain and demonstrate RentOK's SaaS platform to prospective clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
- Update sales activities and lead status in CRM.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Bengaluru market.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, software, fintech,



real estate or property-tech is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Bengaluru.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates who have experience dealing with business owners, property owners or SMEs will be preferred.
