Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Patiala | Reliable Candidates Only

CANDOR Institute of Distance & Online Education is looking for an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team in Patiala.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the education/admission counselling sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert student enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.

Important: This is a target-oriented admission counselling position. Candidates applying should be genuinely interested in working in education counselling and admission sales and should be comfortable with regular student follow-ups and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Have a good understanding of Distance & Online Education programmes
- Handle student enquiries through walk-ins, telephone calls and online leads
- Counsel students and provide appropriate guidance regarding courses and programmes
- Follow up regularly with prospective students
- Convert enquiries/leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate admission records and student data
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
- Perform other admission-related responsibilities assigned by the management

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales or a related education sector
- Strong communication, counselling and persuasion skills
- Confident and professional personality




- Positive attitude and ability to work with targets
- Good follow-up and conversion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Email and CRM will be preferred
- Candidates with experience in Distance/Online Education will be given preference

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month
- Potential Total Monthly Earnings: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
- Professional growth opportunities based on performance
