Operations Executive – Commercial Non-Motor Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive – Commercial Non-Motor Insurance to support the day-to-day operations of commercial insurance policies. The role involves policy processing, documentation, coordination with insurers and clients, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operational activities related to Commercial Non-Motor Insurance.
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy-related requests.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders for timely processing.
- Verify policy documents, quotations, invoices, endorsements, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, client information, and transaction details.
- Follow up with insurers for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and pending documentation.
- Support premium reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and related operational activities.
- Ensure timely updating of data in internal systems and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, operational reports,



and policy-related statements.
- Identify discrepancies in documents or policy details and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, company policies, and applicable insurance guidelines.
- Provide operational support to the business and client servicing teams as required.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Positive understanding of Commercial Non-Motor Insurance products and processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Insurance/IRDAI-related certification or qualification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Commercial Insurance Operations, Insurance Broking, Policy Servicing, Underwriting Support, or Insurance Back Office Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
