About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Skilled to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and review ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
- Support budgeting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities as required.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / CA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in CA Firms, corporate accounting, taxation, audit, or financial reporting will be preferred.
